Remodeling Crew Member

About the Role

Join our restoration/remodel crew handling post–water-damage rebuilds and general renovations. You’ll work across drywall install, painting, flooring (LVP, laminate, tile, carpet), finish carpentry, cabinet installs, and site protection/dust containment. We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on tech who shows up ready to work and takes pride in clean, finished results.

What You’ll Do

• Drywall: hang, tape/mud, sand; prep for paint
• Painting: prime, finish coats, cut-in/rolling, surface prep
• Flooring: demo, prep/underlayment, install LVP/laminate/tile/carpet, transitions & trim
• Finish Carpentry: base/case, doors/hardware, shoe/quarter-round, crown (as needed)
• Cabinetry: set boxes, level/shim, scribe/fill, hardware install
• Dust Control & Protection: set plastic containment, floor/contents protection, daily cleanup
• General: assist with material runs, tool upkeep, photo documentation, punch-list completion

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential remodeling or insurance restoration (or strong hands-on skillset)
• Comfortable with basic layout, measurements, and power tools
• Safety-minded: ladders, PPE, silica/dust control practices
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and consistent on-time attendance
• Can lift 60+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day

Nice to Have (We’ll Train Where Needed)

• Tile setting (layout, cuts, grout/caulk best practices)
• Carpet stretch/finish or willing to learn with supervision
• Cabinet trim/crown, scribing, and punch-detailing

Schedule & Conditions

• Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings/weekends to meet timelines
• Residential/light commercial interiors; year-round workload
• Company PPE provided; adherence to safety standards required

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
