Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work to prepare spaces for renovation
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete carpentry, flooring, tile laying, and other remodeling tasks
• Read blueprints and schematics accurately to follow project specifications and ensure precise execution
• Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and safety compliance throughout each phase
• Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and hardware with precision
• Conduct concrete finishing, masonry work, stucco application, and heavy equipment operation as needed for site development
• Support plumbing and electrical tasks under supervision to ensure proper installation and functionality

Skills

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles
• Experience in construction estimating and inspection processes to maintain project accuracy
• Skilled in various trades including carpentry (frame carpentry, trim carpentry), roofing, masonry, welding, restoration, and hardscape work
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation
• Ability to perform construction painting, tile laying, concrete forming/finishing, caulking, plastering, fabrication, and glass installation
• Knowledge of safety protocols on construction sites to promote a secure working environment
