Position Summary

The Remodeling Project Lead manages residential remodeling projects from contract signing through final walk-through and warranty closeout. This hands-on role oversees scheduling, trade partners, material coordination, quality control, and homeowner experience.

Responsibilities

The Remodeling Project Lead will:

• Manage day-to-day project execution, jobsite safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.
• Maintain and track the project schedule, ensuring proactive planning and communication.
• Complete daily site walks to ensure readiness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
• Review plans, specifications, purchase orders, and change orders to ensure accurate project execution.
• Send weekly client progress updates and lead the project orientation at turnover.
• Create and manage punch lists to achieve a “zero punch list” completion goal.
• Oversee warranty service and close out all required inspections and documentation.

Qualifications
