Remote Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and financially savvy Account Manager to manage client accounts, ensure timely payments, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with a strong finance background (MBA – Finance) who also enjoys client communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Account Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and coordinate internally to fulfill them.
• Financial & Account Operations
• Monitor client account balances, invoices, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with finance/accounts team for billing, collections, and reconciliations.
• Prepare periodic account statements and financial reports for management.
• Forecasting & Reporting
• Assist in revenue forecasting from assigned accounts.
• Analyze account performance and identify opportunities for upsell/cross-sell.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.
• Coordination & Process Improvement
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Help improve internal processes related to billing, collections, and client reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

• Education
• MBA in Finance (must-have, no other specialization).
• Experience
• [Edit as needed] 1–3 years / 3–5 years of experience in:
• Account management, client servicing, or
• Finance-related roles (accounts, billing, AR, financial analysis, etc.)
• Skills
• Strong understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and financial reports.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Preferable (Nice to Have)

• Experience with accounting/ERP/CRM tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
• Prior experience working in a remote or international environment.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts at the same time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
