Abounding Grace Foundation is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Remote Administrative Assistant to join our passionate team. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position. Abounding Grace Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of prisoners by providing support, hope, and follow-up assistance to those who have surrendered their lives to Christ. This role is crucial to our mission, providing the essential administrative support that enables our team to focus on giving hope to the hopeless within the prison community. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is motivated to work independently and shares a commitment to our cause. The compensation for this role is $25 - $35 USD per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to correspondence, including emails and enquiries, in a professional and timely manner.
- Organise and maintain digital files, records, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and virtual events for the team.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for foundation programmes and initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
- Liaise with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of our records.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant role or a similar position.
- Exceptional organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- The ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
