Remote Administrative Assistant / Sales Coordinator

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses

Position Overview

This hybrid role combines administrative support with active sales responsibilities. You will work directly with leadership to generate new business, follow up on leads, maintain CRM systems, schedule meetings, and help manage client relationships.

This is a work-from-home position requiring strong time management and accountability.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline tracking
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and client communications
  • Organize digital files and documents
  • Assist with reporting and performance tracking
  • Support executive leadership with administrative tasks

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach
  • Prospect hotels, restaurants, venues, and commercial properties
  • Set appointments for executive leadership
  • Attend virtual sales meetings
  • Assist with proposal preparation and negotiations
  • Follow up on RFP submissions and leads
  • Close smaller accounts independently

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in sales, administrative support, or both
  • Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Hospitality or valet industry experience is a plus
