Remote AI-Powered Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist

Oort is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Video Editor & Motion Graphics (AI-Proficient) to join our team. We specialize in cutting-edge visual experiences, immersive content, and cinematic brand storytelling.

This role requires an expert who not only possesses mastery over traditional editing and design tools but also has significant experience and a passion for leveraging Artificial Intelligence in filmmaking, graphics, and animation to push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Integration: Expertly utilize AI tools (e.g., runwayML, Midjourney video features, specialized AI plugins) to enhance, generate, and accelerate film, animation, and graphic production workflows.
• Cinematic Editing: Execute high-quality video editing, color correction, and sound design for client projects, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative flow.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate complex motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects (VFX) that align with the agency's premium, immersive aesthetic.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director to translate abstract concepts into production-ready visual solutions.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of delivery, ensuring all final assets are technically flawless and brand-aligned.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• AI Filmmaking/Graphics: Proven portfolio demonstrating the use of AI in professional film, motion graphics, or visual projects.
• Video Editing Mastery: Strong sense of pace, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Graphics & Animation: Expert-level knowledge of animation principles and graphic design fundamentals.
• Remote Work Proficiency: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing deadlines independently in a fully remote setting.

Required Tools Efficiency (Must-Haves):

• Adobe After Effects (Expert level)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent, e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Filmora (Familiarity with Filmora is a bonus, but priority is on high-end tools like After Effects/Premiere)
