Remote Appointment Coordinator (Outbound calling - MUST have cold call and pre-sale experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking one highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team. Appointment Coordinators will be responsible for managing and scheduling appointments, with about 98% being generated via cold calling/ outbound call.

To be clear, you will be making mostly cold and sometimes warm calls to business lines for the majority of your day. We are looking for someone to work 30-40 hours a week depending on their availability.

You will be providing exceptional customer service when scheduling your appointments and assisting with various administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, will be fantastic at time management, will have an understanding of sales/ marketing, will be a self-starter, will have a strong ability to self-manage and multi-task.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments for clients and customers via outbound calling

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth appointment scheduling

- Provide outstanding customer service while answering phone calls and responding to inquiries

- Conduct outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up with clients

- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client information in the database

- Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in telemarketing role is a must (please do not apply without)

- Previous experience in sales or marketing required (please do not apply without)

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Ability to analyze information and provide solutions

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer skills

- CRM experience required
