SpotOnRoof is expanding rapidly across Ohio, and we are hiring motivated, experienced Remote Appointment Setters to support our outbound calling operations. This is a fully remote role with consistent work, clear expectations, and strong earning potential for people who can produce.

Candidates with backgrounds in SDR, BDR, cold calling, or appointment setting are strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

• Cold call homeowners across Ohio

• Set qualified appointments for our field sales teams

• Update lead notes and status in our software

• Track daily output using Excel and Google Sheets

Requirements

• Your own laptop and headset

• Reliable internet connection

• Prior outbound calling experience

• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle volume

• Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets

• Consistent work ethic and the ability to follow scripts and KPIs

Compensation

• Average earnings of $1,000 to $3,000 per month

• Commission only

• Income directly tied to production

Work Environment

• Fully remote

• Work from anywhere in the United States
