Northeastern Air Quality is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Chat Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing division, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking to improve their environment. Northeastern Air Quality specialises in providing expert services to enhance air quality for both residential and commercial clients through comprehensive testing, assessment, and environmental consulting. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a tangible impact on public health and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding support and information to our clients via our online chat platform. The compensation for this role is between $50.00 - $60.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing clients through live chat to address their enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our air quality testing, assessment, and consultancy services.
• Assist clients in understanding their needs and guide them towards the most suitable solutions.
• Schedule appointments and consultations for our team of environmental experts.
• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and communications within our company systems.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex client queries.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and helpful experience for every client.
• Stay informed about our company's services and developments within the air quality industry.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or chat representative role.
• Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle a wide range of customer enquiries.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, chat software, and general office applications.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help people.
• An interest in environmental issues or a related scientific field would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
