Remote Client Care Specialist

Overview

A growing health and wellness organization is seeking a Client Care Specialist to support individuals using wellness programs designed to improve overall health, lifestyle balance, and daily well-being.

In this role, you will serve as a helpful point of contact for clients who have questions about services, program options, or account details. You’ll guide individuals through available resources, provide clear information, and help ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

The position is fully remote and supported with training, tools, and leadership guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with questions related to wellness programs, services, and resources
• Provide clear explanations about available offerings and how they work
• Help individuals navigate account setup, scheduling, or enrollment steps
• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates
• Follow up with clients to ensure their needs were addressed
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions or service issues

• Background in customer service, client support, hospitality, or similar roles
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable assisting individuals through phone, video, or online platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple conversations or tasks
