Responsibilities

As a Client Service Associate, you will provide critical support to our advisory teams and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients. Your key duties will include:

 

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, providing timely and professional responses via phone and email.
  • Preparing and distributing materials for client meetings, including reports, presentations, and agendas.
  • Assisting consultants with the administrative aspects of client relationship management.
  • Processing client requests accurately and efficiently, such as account updates and information requests.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
  • Supporting the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve client issues and ensure a coordinated service delivery.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong commitment to client service excellence. Required qualifications and attributes include:

 

  • Proven experience in a client service or administrative role, ideally within the financial services or consulting industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • The ability to work independently and productively in a remote environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of accountability.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance or business is preferred but not essential.
