Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Remote Client Success & Support Agent to deliver exceptional service and build positive relationships with our clients. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, provide product and service guidance, and ensure every client has a seamless support experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment. All skill levels are welcome - Comprehensive training is provided.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy.
  • Assist clients with account questions, product information, and service-related requests.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful issue resolution and an excellent customer experience.
  • Meet established performance, quality, and customer satisfaction goals while adhering to company policies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
  • Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, client support, customer success, call center operations, help desk, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar customer support software.
  • Familiarity with live chat platforms, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration tools is considered an asset.
  • Experience handling customer escalations while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
