Nuvant Consulting Group partners with growing companies to help them find and place top talent. We're currently hiring on behalf of a client in the creative branding space who is looking to add a Client Support Specialist to their remote team.

About the Role

Our client is a design-focused company that works with a wide range of customers on creative projects. They're looking for a Client Support Specialist who can be the friendly, organized first point of contact for their customers — fielding questions, troubleshooting issues, and keeping projects moving smoothly.

This is a remote, full-time role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working with both creative teams and customers.

What You'll Do

• Respond to incoming client inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during active projects
• Coordinate between clients and the internal design team to keep projects on track
• Document client requests, project updates, and feedback in the company's tracking system
• Troubleshoot common questions and escalate complex issues to the right team member
• Support onboarding for new clients and walk them through the process
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, account coordination, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling multiple clients and projects at once
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
• Familiarity with project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, HubSpot, Monday) is a plus
• Interest in or exposure to the design/creative industry is a bonus, not a requirement

Compensation

• $22 – $28/hour, depending on experience. Full-time hours.
