Overview

We’re seeking a Remote Customer Agent who enjoys helping people make steady, informed decisions for their family's future. This role connects with individuals who request guidance on long-term benefits planning programs. You’ll offer clarity, reassurance, and step-by-step direction, so each person understands where they’re headed.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with new inquiries and explore what they’re hoping to accomplish
• Explain program choices in a calm, easy-to-understand way
• Record conversation notes so clients move smoothly into the next phase
• Outline what the upcoming review steps look like
• Stay organized as you work through a consistent stream of warm leads
• Share simple updates with the internal client team when needed
