Remote Customer Enrollment Representative (Entry Level)

Overview

We’re working with a client seeking a Remote Customer Enrollment Representative to connect with individuals reviewing benefit protection programs designed to help protect income, support families, and plan for long-term financial stability.

In this role, you’ll speak with individuals who requested information about available coverage options. Your responsibility is to walk through how the programs work, help individuals evaluate their options, and assist them through the enrollment process when they choose to move forward.

This position blends customer engagement, coverage education, and consultative enrollment, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, having meaningful conversations, and helping individuals select the protection options that best fit their needs.

Structured training, scripts, and mentorship are provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit and protection programs
• Lead conversations reviewing coverage options including life and related protection benefits
• Help individuals evaluate which options align best with their goals and priorities
• Answer questions and address concerns while helping individuals feel confident in their decisions
• Assist individuals through the enrollment process when they choose to move forward
• Maintain organized notes and follow-up communication with prospective clients

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
