Customer Success Representative (Remote) – Join a Rapidly Growing Team!

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat) — Sundays & Wednesdays Off Location: 100% Remote

The Role

As our newest CSR, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll handle customer inquiries, manage schedules, and ensure every interaction is seamless.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer data and scheduling with precision.
  • Problem-solve in real-time to keep our customers happy and our growth on track.

What We’re Looking For (The "Must-Haves")

  • Proven Remote Experience: This is required. You must have a track record of being productive, disciplined, and communicative while working from home.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Reliability: You are ready to commit to our 9-5 schedule, including Saturdays.
  • Communication: You have a professional "phone voice" and can write clear, empathetic emails.

  • ServiceTitan Experience: If you’ve used ServiceTitan CRM before, you’re at the top of our list! Please highlight this in your application.
