Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services and offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our CRM system using Microsoft Office tools and computer skills
  • Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues, providing analysis and solutions that meet client needs
  • Support client services by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages enhances communication with a broader clientele
  • Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills to build rapport and drive satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation
  • Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail during typing and data entry tasks
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions
  • Knowledge of call center best practices, including call handling techniques and customer service standards
