Remote Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
Nativa is a local pest control company out of Anderson, SC. We are fairly new but already serve over 900 recurring customers. We are looking to hire our very first customer service representative to be a part of this local fast growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, text, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Assist clients with account management, scheduling, billing, cancellation requests and sales.
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, collections, or promote new services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills within our CRM and other systems.
  • Collaborate with team members (sales & service) to resolve complex issues for customers.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette, energy, and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments with a focus on client services is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and in a positive tone.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations is preferred.
  • Good analysis skills to interpret customer data and provide tailored solutions quickly.
  • Knowledge of call etiquette, active listening techniques, and professionalism during interactions.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
