Remote Customer Service Representative for Pest Control Company

In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional customer support to people seeking pest control services.

Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help build trust, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction across diverse client needs.

We are located in San Marcos, TX and growth within the company may require an in-person transition in the future.

Duties

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist customers by answering questions about pest control services, scheduling appointments, billing, and providing detailed information tailored to their needs.
  • Use various channels including chat, email and social media, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
  • Conduct data entry accurately into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and enhance overall client experience.
  • Help maintain customer records and manage the schedule
  • Call customers to collect due balances

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or call center environments.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer skills for efficient data entry and correspondence.

Extra Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • Pest control experience is a plus.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
