Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting issues, processing transactions, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Conduct outbound calling when necessary to follow up on customer requests or gather feedback.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions using data entry skills and update customer profiles accurately.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service quality

  • Dual Monitors: (2) required with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
  • Webcam: Required during class
  • USB 3.0 Port: Required for use with noise-cancelling USB headsets with phone-quality audio

Must maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates).

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
