In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining critical data within our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of the information that powers our services. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively in an independent, remote environment.

Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and systems.
* Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information to ensure high levels of accuracy.
* Maintain and update existing records with new information as it becomes available.
* Organise and file digital documents in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
* Adhere to strict data confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive information.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity across all platforms.
* Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as required.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
* Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote work setting.
* Familiarity with the real estate industry is considered an advantage but is not essential.
