We are offering a 3-month internship for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and WordPress development. This is a unique opportunity to work with a real software development agency and strengthen your portfolio with live projects.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing & WordPress Intern at Tech Chaps, you will:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand reach.
• Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta).
• Perform SEO optimization (on-page, off-page, keyword research).
• Assist in creating and monitoring paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Design and maintain WordPress-based websites and landing pages for campaigns.
• Ensure websites are responsive, fast, SEO-friendly, and user-friendly.
• Work on email marketing campaigns (design, automation, tracking).
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports.

Internship Details

• Time Commitment: ~20 hours per week (flexible, but consistent weekly hours required)
• Mode: 100% Remote
• Tools You’ll Use:
• Marketing: Google Analytics, SEMRush/Ahrefs, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp/HubSpot
• Web: WordPress, Elementor/Divi (or similar builders), Canva/Figma/Adobe for design assets

Requirements

• Education: BS in Marketing / Business / Communication / IT / Computer Science, or MBA in Marketing.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of WordPress (themes, plugins, Elementor/Divi, customization).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS (for tweaks/customization).
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs).
• Understanding of social media marketing and campaign planning.
• Creative mindset with good design sense (bonus if familiar with Canva/Figma).
• Excellent English writing skills for content and marketing copy.
• Equipment: Personal PC/Laptop with reliable high-speed internet.
• Mindset: Passion for digital growth + web development, willingness to experiment and learn.
