Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team at Port Perry Auto Wreckers. This role involves handling incoming calls, assisting customers, coordinating service requests, and supporting vehicle purchasing operations. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service

• Handle inquiries from customers interested in selling their vehicles

• Provide accurate quotes based on vehicle condition and details (training provided)
• Record customer information and update internal systems with lead details

• Maintain professionalism and high-quality service during all interactions

• Assist in purchasing vehicles from car auction websites, marketplaces, and other sources

• Support additional tasks as required by the team

What You'll Need

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• A laptop or desktop computer (required)

• Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)

• A quiet, professional workspace

• Strong communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally

• Basic computer and data entry skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, dispatching, or call handling

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and handling high call volumes

• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated

• Experience or knowledge of automotive parts/vehicles is an asset

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST (Canadian Business Hours)


Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (Canadian Business Hours)

Compensation

$800 CAD per month
