Role: Family Law Attorney
Location: New Jersey (Fully remote)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney licensed in New Jersey to join a well-established and reputable law firm. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while handling a diverse range of family law matters.

Responsibilities:

Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related issues.
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court in a professional and timely manner.
Manage cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

Active license to practice law in New Jersey (in good standing).
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
