What You’ll Do

• Help families protect their income and build long-term financial stability
• Educate clients on life insurance, debt strategies, retirement planning, and investments
• Work with warm referrals and develop your own client base
• Participate in weekly training and mentorship
• Grow into leadership by developing and mentoring others

Licensing & Advancement

You will be guided through obtaining:

• State Life Insurance License
• Securities Licenses (SIE, Series 6, 63, 26)
• Annuities
• Mortgage
• Additional licensure available

Licensing is required to earn. We provide step-by-step support through the process.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position.

Income is directly tied to:

• Licensing
• Production
• Team development (if pursuing leadership)

Average part-time agents: $12,000–$50,000+
Full-time agents: $75,000–$125,000+
Top performers exceed that.

There is no income cap.

Qualifications

• 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable and growth-minded
• Comfortable with performance-based income

Sales, customer service, education, leadership, or competitive backgrounds are a plus — not required.
