Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote to support students in achieving academic success. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction and guidance to students, helping them to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential.

Reading/Elementary Tutor

Spanish Tutor

SAT Prep Tutor

Homeschool Daytime Tutor

Homeschool Evaluator

Responsibilities:

- Utilize learning technology and educational resources to develop and deliver customized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and teachers to set goals and monitor progress, identifying areas that require extra support.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment, utilizing classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and engaging experience.
- Provide one-on-one instruction to students, focusing on their strengths and weaknesses, and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
- Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate early childhood education principles and promote active learning.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, providing regular updates to parents.
- Use writing skills to create lesson plans, reports, and other educational materials.

Requirements:

- Must be comfortable with Remote/e-learning, must be located in Florida.
- Must be Florida *certified* in the tutoring subject.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to diverse learning styles.
- Experience with learning technology and educational resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and teachers.
- A commitment to providing individualized support and guidance to students.
- A passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
