• This position is a Contract/Consultant role with working hours typically from 9:00 am-6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Applicants should have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, or you should have equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years

Responsibilities

• Gather and review daily transactions across various banking portals
• Collaborate with relevant departments to investigate transactions for additional insights
• Categorize daily bank transactions according to their respective GL codes
• Execute weekly loan funding procedures
• Assemble weekly reports related to accounts payable transactions
• Record interest payments on notes payable
• Compile a monthly report detailing bank fees and charges
• Manage and support loan collections payment postings

Technical Skills Required

• Proficient understanding of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills.
