Remote Georgia Insurance Defense Attorney

Summary

Seeking attorneys with experience in litigation to assist with civil litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage, defending third party BI claims.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1-3 year of experience in insurance defense.
• Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as LexisNexis or Westlaw.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
