This role is a hybrid position - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home so applicants must live in New York, NY, NJ and be able to commute to the office.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Coordinate interview scheduling, manage follow‑up communications, and support hiring committee preparation.

Assist with candidate outreach initiatives.

Support talent acquisition programs, including campus recruiting and summer associate hiring.

Organize summer associate work assignments, training sessions, and social events.

Assist with scheduling and logistics for new hire orientation.

Track and monitor local recruiting budgets.
Talent Development

Coordinate local associate relations events and in‑house attorney training programs.

Collaborate with global Talent Development colleagues to execute firmwide initiatives, including coaching programs and training academies.

Monitor Associate Relations and Professional Development budgets.
Additional Responsibilities

Participate in special events, which may occasionally require evening and/or weekend availability.

Travel as needed to support programs and initiatives.

Contribute to additional related projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Proficiencies

Advanced proficiency of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong experience coordinating training programs and events.

Foundational understanding of campus recruiting or legal recruiting practices.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of experience in a professional services or legal environment.
-
2+ years of experience in human resources, law school career services, attorney recruiting, and/or attorney development (preferred).

Bachelor's degree required.
