Position Summary

Clutch Creative Marketing is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer will report directly to the Creative Director and contribute to the visual development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in visual communication, digital media production, and brand development.

This is a specialty occupation requiring theoretical and practical application of design principles and proficiency in design software, typically acquired through a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including brand identity systems, websites, digital ads, packaging, sales collateral, presentations, and editorial layouts.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards across all projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—creative, strategy, and account services—to develop design solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Adapt brand and campaign materials for multiple platforms and formats, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept development through to final production and delivery.
  • Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital vendors, and oversee quality assurance.
  • Maintain a library of design assets and templates to support scalable production needs.
  • Present creative concepts and provide rationale to internal teams and clients.
  • Stay informed on design trends, digital innovation, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a closely related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Canva, and Figma.
  • Strong visual, typographic, and layout skills with attention to detail and consistency.
  • Understanding of branding, user experience, marketing principles, and content strategy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines on concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with developers, print vendors, or digital production teams is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $48,000 annually
