Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present suitable high-ticket solutions
• Utilise strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
• Analyse client information to tailor sales pitches effectively
• Upsell additional products or services to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update data entry systems promptly
• Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing relationships to facilitate closing deals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise outreach strategies

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is desirable
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual/multilingual candidates preferred)
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
• Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and identify upselling opportunities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Organised, proactive, and motivated to achieve targets
• Experience in analysis skills and upselling techniques is advantageous
