About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and highly reliable HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing international team.
You will be responsible for finding, screening, interviewing, and hiring remote employees

This is a key role for helping the company scale quickly by building the right team.

ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Post job ads on all major platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee, Facebook Groups, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial HR interviews (Zoom/Phone)
  • Schedule technical or final interviews with managers
  • Maintain a pipeline of talent for all departments
  • Hire staff for roles such as:
  • Marketing assistants
  • Video editors
  • Graphic designers
  • Shopify/WordPress developers
  • Customer service agents
  • Admin & operations staff
  • Sales & appointment setters

HR Operations

  • Create job descriptions for new roles
  • Maintain employee records and performance tracking
  • Support onboarding and training for newly hired staff
  • Ensure all remote staff follow company procedures & reporting systems
  • Prepare weekly HR reports for management
  • Assist in setting up KPIs and performance reviews

Communication & Coordination

  • Work directly with the owner and department heads
  • Communicate professionally with candidates and employees
  • Ensure smooth communication between Canada HQ and remote team

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years HR or Recruitment experience (tech or remote hiring preferred)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment pipelines
  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational & follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Experience using HR tools
  • Must be disciplined, reliable, and consistent

Preferred Skills

  • Experience hiring remote teams
  • Ability to manage many positions at the same time
  • Knowledge of digital roles (design, marketing, IT)
  • Experience in fast-growing companies or startups
