Role Overview
We’re seeking motivated Part-Time Remote Recruiters to support our team’s overall productivity. This role requires an active Indeed Employer Account for posting jobs. The ideal candidate will manage job postings, screen applicants through the Indeed platform, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. You’ll help shape effective hiring strategies and contribute to a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Post and manage job listings using your Indeed Employer Account
• Source and screen candidates through the Indeed platform
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and recommend hiring strategies
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Meet or exceed hiring and productivity goals

Qualifications

• Must have an active Indeed Employer Account for job postings
• Hands-on experience with Indeed and strong understanding of recruitment best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable connecting with new people regularly and assessing candidate potential through strategic questioning.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
