Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and confident callers to join our outreach team. This role focuses on starting conversations, identifying interest, and connecting prospects with our team—not closing sales.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are:

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to businesses and organizations

Start conversations and identify potential interest

Transfer qualified prospects or schedule follow-up calls

Maintain simple tracking of calls and outcomes

Represent the company professionally

Compensation

$30–$50 per qualified lead (live transfer or booked call)

$100–$150 bonus per closed deal

Optional hourly available for in-office role (based on experience)

No cap on earnings

Schedule

Flexible hours

Part-time (3–5 hours per day recommended)

Remote and in-office options available

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Sales or call center experience is a plus (not required)

Self-disciplined (especially for remote role)
