Remote Inside Sales Agent ( Part Time)

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will have access to comprehensive training and growth opportunities, with a competitive hourly rate of $17-$22 per hour, plus bonuses!

Shifts are Evenings and Weekends....

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency
• Resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and accuracy
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
• Work nights and weekends
• Shifts are Monday - Friday 5-10pm (not every day ... typically 1 or 2 per week)
• Sat and Sunday 8:30-2pm and 2-10pm (typically one 4-6 hour shift per weekend)

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple computer systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
