A respected mid-size national insurance defense firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage / Bad Faith Attorney to join our team. This remote position is available to candidates licensed in Nevada, California, or Arizona. Position Highlights:

• 100% remote/work-from-home role
• Practice split between insurance coverage opinion work and defense litigation, including bad faith and general insurance matters
• Draft detailed coverage opinions and provide strategic advice for both liability and property insurers across a range of complex issues
• Represent insurers in pre-litigation and litigation phases involving a variety of claims
• Opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases with a national client base

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience handling insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
• Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently
• Active license to practice law in Nevada, California, or Arizona (additional state licenses are a plus)
