Remote Legal Assistant - Civil Litigation

Wright Law Group, a boutique law firm composed of legal professionals who practice primarily in the area of commercial finance enforcement, is looking for an energetic and adaptable Legal Assistant to join our multi-state team. We work on behalf of sophisticated clients to: recover collateral, litigate deficiency balances, and enforce judgments. Our clients include independent finance companies and other financial institutions headquartered throughout the United States. Organization, attention to detail, a team attitude and the ability to diligently complete tasks and meet deadlines are the keys to success with our firm.

Initial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting attorneys and paralegals in state court litigation in multiple states.
• Preparing, filing and serving documents.
• Managing email and other noticing systems.
• Administrative duties and firm projects.
