Job Summary
California law firm seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and professional Receptionist/Billing Coordinator to join our team. This role involves answering phones, client intake, scheduling, billing support, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
IMPORTANT: This position requires working standard California/Pacific business hours on an ongoing basis. Applicants must be able to consistently work 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
