Job Summary:

We are looking for a remote marketer who is bilingual in Arabic and English to help grow our home care agency by increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and caregivers. The ideal candidate is experienced in marketing, digital outreach, and community engagement within the healthcare or home care industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase client and caregiver acquisition.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, families, and referral partners (hospitals, clinics, community organizations, etc.).
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Develop culturally relevant marketing materials in Arabic and English to target diverse communities.
• Conduct outreach efforts within Hindi-speaking communities to educate them about our home care services.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain qualified home care aides.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Represent the agency in virtual networking events, webinars, and community meetings.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and online advertising.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet marketing goals remotely.
• Knowledge of the home care industry and its services is a plus.
