Remote MICE & Travel Operations Specialist (Saudi Market Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-End MICE Management: Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive MICE programs, from initial client briefing to final reconciliation. This includes venue sourcing, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and on-site event logistics.

· Expert Air Ticketing & Reservations: Manage complex domestic and international flight bookings, issue e-tickets, and expertly handle exchanges, reissues, and refunds while securing optimal fares and routing.

· Strategic Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our corporate clients, leveraging your expertise to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific objectives and budget.

· Market-Specific Insight: Utilize your deep knowledge of the Saudi market—including cultural protocols, key business hubs, and premium vendor relationships—to deliver seamless and culturally attuned service.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Requirements):

· You have proven experience as a MICE Coordinator and a Ticketing Agent in the travel industry.

· Direct and demonstrable experience with the Saudi Arabian travel market is a non-negotiable requirement.

· You are proficient with at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).

· You possess outstanding communication and customer relationship skills.

· You are a highly organized self-starter, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment without direct supervision.

· You have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, dedicated workspace at home.
