Remote Operations Specialist

Assure Repair is a rapidly growing mobile auto repair company focused on speed, organization, and excellent customer experience. We’re looking for sharp, highly organized problem-solvers who can think quickly, communicate clearly, and help keep operations running smoothly.

This is not a traditional call center or receptionist role.

You’ll be coordinating technicians, solving scheduling problems in real time, communicating with customers, managing job flow, and helping operate a fast-moving service business.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is intelligent, adaptable, competitive, and wants to grow into operations leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate technician schedules and daily routes
• Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
• Help build service estimates using company systems
• Solve scheduling and operational issues in real time
• Work directly with technicians to keep jobs on track
• Order parts and coordinate with vendors
• Keep operations organized and efficient
• Learn systems such as Tekmetric and ALLDATA
• Help improve internal processes as the company grows

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time remote position
• Raise to $20/hr after training completion
