Remote & Part-Time Graphic Designer (AI, Images & Video Expert)

At Compact, we believe creativity has no limits, especially when art meets technology! We are currently looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designer / Visual Content Creator to join us on a remote, part-time basis with flexible working hours.

If you have 2 to 5 years of experience, a talent for transforming ideas into stunning visuals and engaging videos, and the ability to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow... this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality images and visuals for digital marketing campaigns and social media.
• Edit and produce short and long-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Promo Videos) that aligns with our brand identity.
• Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into your daily workflow to brainstorm ideas, enhance images, and optimize design time.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Essential Software & Tools: You must be highly proficient in the following:

• Image Design: Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. (Experience with Figma and Canva Pro for team templates is a plus).
• Video & Motion: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut (Desktop).
• AI Technologies: Midjourney or DALL-E 3 (for concept generation), Adobe Firefly / Generative Fill, RunwayML (for AI video), and ChatGPT / Claude (for prompt engineering and ideation).

Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience (2 to 5 years) in graphic design, image manipulation, and video editing.
• A strong, diverse Portfolio showcasing your skills across static imagery, video production, and AI-assisted designs.
• Excellent self-management and communication skills to thrive in a flexible, remote environment.
