Remote Patient Care Representative (English & French)

DentSpa is a leading international medical tourism provider with 8 years of experience and a team of 300+ professionals. We are currently expanding our global remote team and seeking highly motivated individuals to support our growing patient base.

The Role

As a Remote Care Representative, you are the primary link between our international patients and our clinical team. You will manage the patient journey from the initial inquiry through to post-treatment follow-up, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for international patient inquiries.
• Liaise between patients, medical advisors, and the clinical team.
• Proactively resolve patient concerns to maintain high satisfaction rates.
• Manage patient documentation and follow-up schedules efficiently.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or professional fluency in English (Mandatory), French (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a patient-facing role (Medical, Hospitality, or Customer Service).
• Infrastructure: A reliable laptop and stable internet connection.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
