Minimum Qualifications

You are a board certified PMHNP
Licensed in Kentucky
Interested in a full-time or part-time contract position
Minimum of 2 years with a PMHNP certification
Individual Professional Liability insurance
Have a collaborating physician or are willing to obtain one
Please note all of the above information will need to be verified prior to your introductory call with Grow Therapy.

Please note: Grow Therapy can only work with Nurse Practitioners who have 2+ years with their PMHNP certification.
