Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist (US Hours)

We are a high-volume US-based real estate investment firm. We don’t do "basic" sales. We specialize in Novations—a sophisticated creative finance strategy that allows us to help more homeowners and pay our sales team significantly higher commissions than a standard "cash offer" shop.

We are looking for two elite Acquisition Managers to handle high-intent PPC and PPL leads. If you are a "consultative closer" who can lead a homeowner through a complex financial problem to a win-win solution, keep reading.

The Compensation (Paid in USD)

• Base Salary: $6.00 USD / hour (Reliable floor).
• Commission: Aggressive per-deal structure.
• Average Performer: $2,000 / month.
• Top Performers (A-Players): $3,000 - $4,500+ / month.
• Note: In your local market, this is executive-level pay. We expect executive-level performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Closing: Converting high-intent PPC (1:10 target) and PPL leads (1:20 target) into signed contracts.
• Problem Solving: Using the Novation model to bridge the gap between what a seller wants and what the market allows.
• Persistence: Managing a pipeline in RESimpli with relentless, professional follow-up.
• Speed to Lead: Dominating the phones during US Central/Eastern time zones.

Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Mastery of English: You must have a near-native accent and the ability to read "between the lines" of a conversation.
• The "Closer" DNA: You have at least 2 years of experience in US Real Estate Acquisitions or high-ticket outbound sales.
• Emotional Intelligence: You can build deep rapport with a stranger in under 3 minutes.
• Tech Ready: Noise-canceling headset, 20MBPS+ stable internet, and a dedicated, silent home office.
