Remote Receptionist

Part-Time Office Assistant | Work From Home

Love’s Pest Professionals is looking for a part-time office assistant to help with daily customer communication and office tasks. This is a work-from-home position, so you will need a reliable computer, phone, and strong internet connection.

This position would be a great fit for a stay-at-home mom or someone looking for flexible part-time work.

Responsibilities include:

Answering and returning customer calls
Rescheduling customers when needed
Following up after services
Helping collect accounts receivable
Reaching out to customers for reviews
Keeping customer communication organized
Helping with basic office and administrative tasks

We are looking for someone who is:

Friendly and professional on the phone
Organized and dependable
Comfortable using a computer
Able to communicate clearly with customers
Good at following up and staying on task
Self-motivated while working from home

This is a paid, part-time position with Love’s Pest Professionals. We are looking for someone who can help us take great care of our customers and keep the office side of the business running smoothly.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
