Remote Recruiter

Part-Time / Contract (Approx. 20 hours/week minimum)
Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

With our current expansion and multiple new locations planned for this year, our hiring needs are scaling rapidly. We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent to run our new and existing studios.

As our Recruiter, you will be the true first impression of We Whiten for our applicants. Your primary focus will be conducting high-volume first-round interviews and managing our candidate pipelines. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1st-round video interviews to screen candidates for culture fit, availability, and basic qualifications.
• Manage job postings, review resumes, and communicate with candidates daily.
• Perform various recruiting and administrative duties within Indeed to ensure our pipeline remains active and organized.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure hiring targets for new studio openings are met.

Requirements:

• Must Have - Prior experience using Indeed for Employers (managing pipelines, messaging, screening, and navigating the employer dashboard).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidate quality quickly and accurately during first-round interviews.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively in a remote, part-time capacity.
• Bonus Points - Familiarity with Slack, BambooHR, and Podium. (If you don't know these systems, don't worry—we will train the right person!)
