Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and efficient Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic design agency. The successful candidate will manage our recruitment process, attract top creative talent, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals).
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Conduct reference checks and employment verifications.
- Oversee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
- Manage and regularly update job descriptions and postings.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
- Generate recruitment analytics and reports for management.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or recruiter, preferably in a creative or design-oriented organization.
- Strong knowledge of effective recruitment practices and methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively during night shift hours.
- Proficient in MS Office, recruitment software, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for graphic design, UI/UX, and other creative roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment compliance and labor laws.
