Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and efficient Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic design agency. The successful candidate will manage our recruitment process, attract top creative talent, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify staffing requirements and develop strategic recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals).
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with management.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
• Conduct reference checks and employment verifications.
• Oversee onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
• Manage and regularly update job descriptions and postings.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal requirements.
• Generate recruitment analytics and reports for management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruitment specialist or recruiter, preferably in a creative or design-oriented organization.
• Strong knowledge of effective recruitment practices and methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively during night shift hours.
• Proficient in MS Office, recruitment software, and social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for graphic design, UI/UX, and other creative roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment compliance and labor laws.
