Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and warm outreach to prospective clients, qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team
• Engage with potential customers via telemarketing techniques, demonstrating product value and understanding their needs
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update lead information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Develop strong communication skills to negotiate effectively and handle objections confidently during conversations
• Maintain a high level of customer service by providing clear information and ensuring positive interactions with prospects
• Support inside sales activities by following up on inbound inquiries and nurturing leads through personalized outreach

Requirements

• Prior experience or interest in B2B sales or technology sales is preferred 0-3 years of experience
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills combined with a proactive approach to business development
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Ability to perform outbound calling effectively while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm
• Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Base salary of $50,000 plus a $25,000 variable...$75,000 OTE first year
